Chef Kat's passion for food started at the young age of 4. While watching cooking shows and helping mom in the kitchen turned into a life long career she also ventured into art, music, customer service and management. She graduated from California School of Culinary Arts in 2004 and has studied cuisine from over 30 countries.
Kat has over 15 years of experience in professional food service and generations of training passed down from mother to daughter. She has a unique gift for creativity and style that shows in all the food she created as well as a refined palate for complexity, seasoning and pairing.
Nick Egan has a background in event planning, customer service and management. With a keen eye for detail, and a graceful hand he really knows how to make an event come together. He is meticulous about logistics, colors, height and lighting, as well as table displays and floral arrangements.
